Coach Brennan was very pleased after the cross country team’s performance last weekend at the Great American Cross Country Festival in North Carolina. The varsity team participated in one race, that one being the seeded race. In the seeded race the varsity team was led by Mike Potter, followed by Dom Parlato. The junior varsity team competed in three races: they won the first two and finished second in final one. Coach Brennan felt that there was a huge improvement from the weekend before in Manchester.

This upcoming weekend the Hawks once again head south, this time to Manhattan for the Manhattan Invitational, where all the coaches no doubt are looking for even more improvement from their runners.
